Restore the Menus in Explorer

The File, Edit, View etc menu on the top of all Windows is disabled in Vista, you are supposed to use the drop down icons to find all the usual commands. This not only flies in the face of convention but is very difficult to get used to. Want the menu bar back?

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
On the left side select "Classic View"
Find "Folder Options" applet and double click it.
Click the "View" Tab.
Find the box for "Always Show Menu's" (second item down) and tick the box.
Menu bar is back in its usual place.
